We loved staying in this hotel due to its location close to the city center and some amazing restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was always helpful. The historic 

The hotel is near the Academy Gallery, less than a 10 minute walk. The breakfast had a little bit of everything, complete and good.

Apparently we must have coincided with a school trip. There were a lot of teenagers and at night it was impossible to sleep because of the noise they made. We had to call the front desk to get some order in the early hours of the morning. hotel consists of two parts: an old restored Renaissance palace (richly decorated with good works of art), that's where the reception and dining room are, I imagine the best rooms. Just in front there is another building where we stay, it is not the old palace anymore, it is a building with a more avant-garde architecture consisting of a module of rooms organized in several floors in order to expand the hotel. rooms in this module should be improved since we are talking about a 4 star hotel, they were a bit old for the quality that the hotel should offer.

a very large hotel, with a garden and a place to eat and lush greenery. Our room can be accessed by elevator, around the clean area and in the garden and the hotel itself. very large room, which even has a kitchen, it is convenient to walk 

The hotel is located in a historic palace smack down in the middle of Florence, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with some even offering a terrace and stunning views. The customer service is excellent,

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The architecture was impressive and the courtyard was cosy. The location was very good, with the hotel being close to the city center and within walking distance of the main sites. 

The staff was outstanding and very forthcoming. The conditions were excellent and we had a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and room was spotless, cleaned every day with fresh towels.
